Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our People, Talent and Culture policies. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach business goals, especially in the midst of dramatic change and growth. Annmarie is a respected adviser who has helped to translate the goals of an organization and their strategies into business and people strategy through engaging employees and managing change. She believes that learning is the primary aspect of leadership. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained leaders who have demonstrated effectiveness and outcomes. Her work helped to cultivate cultures in organizations that promote learning innovation and positive change for individuals and teams. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts for the charity. In addition, she is a supporter of several nonprofit organizations in her free time. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has devoted her time and talent to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
